Terms of sale

This is an English translation provided for convenience. Only the French version is legally binding.

These terms govern the sale by FPH (RCS Chartres 932 293 129, VAT FR23932293129) of the paid services of Combi Occasion (combioccasion.fr): listing publication, extension, featured placement and the professional subscription. They supplement the terms of use.

1. Services and prices

The services and their prices are set out on the Prices page. Prices are shown in euros including all taxes (French VAT at the current rate). A listing is published for 60 days. Launch offers (free listings, first-listing price) are valid within the stated limits.

2. Order and payment

Payment is made online by card through our payment provider Stripe; FPH never has access to card details. An invoice is issued for every payment and remains available in your account. The professional subscription renews automatically at each due date (monthly or yearly) until cancelled, which you can do at any time from your account; it ends at the close of the period already paid.

3. Performance of the service

The service is performed when the listing is published, after it has been checked. A listing refused before publication is refunded. A listing removed for breaching the terms of use (fraud, non-existent item, prohibited content) gives no right to a refund.

4. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have fourteen days to withdraw. By requesting immediate publication of their listing, they acknowledge that the service is fully performed once the listing is online and expressly waive their right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code. For the subscription, withdrawal within fourteen days gives a refund in proportion to the unused period.

5. Complaints and mediation

Complaints can be sent through the contact form. If no solution is found, consumers may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator: CM2C — Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris — www.cm2c.net.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
